CRM Director/Analyst – Senior Integrator. In this role, I combine strategic, analytical, and technical expertise to oversee and enhance customer relationship management (CRM) processes, ensuring seamless integration and impactful solutions.

What excites me most about my work is the opportunity to understand and anticipate customer needs, bridge strategy and technology, solve challenges, drive innovation, and witness the tangible impact of those efforts in action.
What’s one surprising fact about you that people might not know?
I am a professional mycologist and harvester specializing in non-timber forest products (NTFP). Driven by a deep passion for nature and forest ecosystems, I am dedicated to exploring and preserving these remarkable environments. Mushrooms, in particular, captivate me for their stunning beauty and extraordinary culinary potential.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not at work?
When I’m not working, I enjoy identifying and foraging mushrooms and other non-timber forest products (NTFPs). I also recharge through fishing and playing the guitar—activities that inspire my creativity and deepen my connection with nature.
