What is your role, and what do you do at BSP?

At BSP, I am an Analyst Developer. My role involves designing and developing solutions on the ZOHO suite (CRM, Creator, FSM, Books) to meet specific business needs, as well as developing custom applications and automating business processes via Deluge and ZOHO APIs.

What are you most passionate about in your job?

I am most passionate about finding and creating technical and functional solutions that meet customer needs and help them succeed.

What’s one surprising fact about you that people might not know?

I am a former Full-Contact champion, an experience that taught me discipline, perseverance, and the value of pushing beyond limits.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and staying active through exercise.
