What is your role, and what do you do at BSP?

I coordinate and oversee development projects from design to delivery. I also oversee code quality and quality assurance, ensuring that technical and functional standards are met throughout the process.

What excites you most about your work?

What motivates me is simplifying complex processes and seeing solutions come to life through team collaboration and innovation.

What’s one surprising fact about you that people might not know?

I am fluent in Arabic, English, and French, with an understanding of Amazigh. Currently, I am further enhancing my English skills.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not at work?

I love working out every day, playing tennis, and exploring new ideas for entrepreneurial projects.
