What is your role, and what do you do at BSP?

I am a Developer Analyst and BI Analyst. My role involves designing custom applications and managing projects. I’m part of a team that supports my professional and personal growth, helping me advance in my career and improve my daily approach to work.

What are you most passionate about in your job?

What excites me most is the organization’s environment and structure. The atmosphere is dynamic and collaborative, fostering teamwork and support. There are always positive changes, new challenges, and learning opportunities. Trust and respect are at the core of our culture, and I learn a great deal from my colleagues and leaders.

What’s one surprising fact about you that people might not know?

Many people don’t know that I’m an excellent cook!

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not at work?

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active with sports and unwinding with gaming.
