What is your role, and what do you do at BSP?

I’m a Zoho CRM and Marketing Consultant at BSP. I support our clients in implementing, customizing, and optimizing their Zoho tools, including Zoho CRM and marketing applications. I help analyze their needs, configure the right solutions, and train users to improve their sales and marketing processes.

What excites you most about your work?

What I’m passionate about is transforming customer needs into real-world solutions through technology. I particularly enjoy finding ways to optimize marketing and CRM processes to help businesses better understand and retain their customers.

What’s one surprising fact about you that people might not know?

What people may not know is that I have a huge passion for animals. I have a cat named Zak, and spending time with him helps me relax after busy days.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?

When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling, listening to music, discovering new places to enjoy good coffee, and spending time with my loved ones.
