What is your role, and what do you do at BSP?

I’m a Digital Transformation Analyst and Integrator, and I handle the full implementation of the accounting side of Zoho for our clients. Basically, I look at a client’s financial processes, set up Zoho Books to fit exactly how they operate, and handle everything from migration to automation. I also help teams get comfortable with the new system to make sure they’re getting the most out of the platform.

What are you most passionate about in your job?

What I love most is the variety of businesses we work with. Every organization has its own reality, challenges, culture, and way of doing things. That variety pushes me to really dig in, understand their context, and adapt our solutions to fit them. It makes every project feel fresh and exciting.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?

A surprising fact about me is that I am naturally quiet and even a bit shy. You wouldn’t always guess it, because in my work, I love explaining concepts, supporting clients, and sharing my knowledge as best as I can.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?

When I’m not working, I like to immerse myself in movies and TV series. It’s my way of disconnecting and discovering new stories. Above all, I spend time with my family. These are simple but essential moments that ground me, motivate me, and remind me why I do what I do every day.
