What is your role, and what do you do at BSP?
As Project Manager, I coordinate and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth planning, resource tracking, and alignment across teams. I optimize internal workflows, track project performance through dashboards, and support strategic initiatives alongside leadership. I also assist with onboarding, training, and fostering collaboration, helping teams work efficiently and deliver high-quality results.
What excites you most about your work?
What excites me most is turning complexity into clarity. I enjoy organizing, structuring, and implementing processes that enable teams to work efficiently and provide clients with a clear view of their project’s progress.
What’s one surprising fact about you that people might not know?
I’m quick to adapt, turning unexpected situations into opportunities. Living and working abroad has taught me the importance of flexibility, both professionally and personally.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not at work?
I love hiking and exploring nature, as well as traveling to discover new cultures. These experiences inspire me and help me maintain a healthy work-life balance.
