What is your role, and what do you do at BSP?

Solutions Architect — I work across pre-sales, solution design, and delivery, partnering with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into scalable Zoho solutions. I collaborate closely with development teams to ensure what’s built aligns with the original problem and delivers practical, lasting value.

What are you most passionate about in your job?

With over a decade of experience across product companies like Zoho and Shopify, I focus on the discovery process, getting to the root of complex business challenges by asking the right questions. My work centers on turning that understanding into clear, practical solutions that teams can confidently act on.

What’s a surprising fact about you that people might not know?

I’ve always been equally drawn to technology and business, and I enjoy connecting the two to solve real-world problems, which is why Solutions Architecture feels like home to me.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?

Family time is my reset. Beyond that, I enjoy exploring new technologies, going down the occasional rabbit hole, and staying curious about where things are heading next, the kind of curiosity that somehow always finds its way back to work.
