-30 September 2025-

Did you know that scheduling posts in Zoho Social lets you reach your audience at peak times, work more efficiently, and keep your brand active even when you’re offline?

Scheduling your social media content is essential for maintaining a consistent brand presence, especially when managing multiple channels and audiences. Zoho Social’s scheduling feature makes this simple, allowing you to plan, organize, and publish posts at the right time without manual effort. This not only saves you valuable time but also ensures your content reaches your audience when they’re most active. This guide will walk you through how to use Zoho Social’s scheduling tools, helping you streamline your posting process and stay focused on growing your business.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1- Start a New Post

From the Home tab or the Posts tab, click New Post to open the composer.

2- Create Your Content

In the publishing window, write your caption, upload images or videos, shorten links, and set any audience targeting you need.

3- Pick the Date and Time

Once your post is ready, use the calendar on the right to select when you want it to go live. Zoho Social will even show an estimate of how much of your audience you’re likely to reach at that time.

4- Choose How You Want to Publish

Zoho Social offers several ways to schedule your content:

  • Publish Now – Send your post out immediately to the channels you’ve selected.
  • Custom Schedule – Choose a specific date and time from the calendar.
  • SmartQ – Let Zoho Social suggest the best times to post based on your past engagement. If no times appear, click Schedule to return to the calendar view. (SmartQ needs about a week of data to start making suggestions.)
  • CustomQ – Add your post to a queue of preset time slots you’ve created under Settings → Publishing → Queue Settings. This is ideal for keeping a consistent posting rhythm and spacing out content.
  • Save as Draft – Save your work to finish or schedule later. Drafts are also saved automatically if you close the composer before scheduling
