You can tag profiles and public pages using Zoho Social on both web and Android platforms. Currently, tagging is supported for Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Here’s a quick guide for each network:
Facebook and X:
To tag or mention a page, type the ‘@’ symbol followed by the Page’s name. A drop-down list will show matching suggestions. Pick the correct page, and once selected, click Done. The tag will now appear in your Publishing window.
LinkedIn:
To tag or mention LinkedIn Pages, start with the ‘@’ symbol followed by the Page’s name. Matching suggestions will appear in a drop-down list. Select the appropriate page, click Done, and the tag will show up in your Publishing window.
Instagram:
You can tag Instagram profiles in your posts, but note that matching suggestions won’t appear when you type the ‘@’ symbol followed by the username. Ensure you use the correct username while tagging an Instagram profile.
When tagging profiles across multiple social media networks at once from the web application, the username you tag last will be carried over to Instagram. For instance, if you tag @BSP on LinkedIn, Zoho Social will search for and tag the same username on Instagram if it exists; if not, it will just display as text in the caption.
**Tagging pages and profiles is only supported on the web and Android mobile devices. iOS mobile support will be available in late 2024.
