Viewing Recent Items<\/b><\/h3>\n

After logging into Zoho CRM, locate and click the Recent Items icon in the bottom right corner of the page.<\/span><\/p>\n

This will display up to 20 of the most recent activities added or modified in Zoho CRM. Simply click on any record to view its details page.<\/span><\/p>\n

Check Reminders<\/b><\/h3>\n

1. Sign in to your Zoho CRM account and select the Reminder icon located in the bottom right corner.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. This will show the activity reminders in Zoho CRM. You can scroll through the list to view additional reminders, click on a specific reminder to see its details, or dismiss it directly from the list.<\/span><\/p>\n

Note:<\/b> The Recent Items, Reminders, and Feedback icons are accessible on the footer across Zoho CRM, regardless of the module you are working in, not just on the Home Tab.<\/span><\/p>\n

Customize Column Headings in Components<\/b><\/h3>\n

You can enhance your Home Tab by adding components such as list views or data visualizations like pipelines, pie charts, and bar graphs in the customizable view. For List View components, you can modify the columns\u2014adding, removing, or rearranging them as needed. The corresponding components displayed on the Home Tab will also reflect these adjustments.<\/span><\/p>\n

To customize column headings<\/b><\/h4>\n

  1. Navigate to the <\/span>[Module]<\/b> tab (e.g., Leads, Contacts, Accounts, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. On the <\/span>[Module] Home Page<\/b>, choose the list view you want to modify.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Click the <\/span>Edit<\/b> link to open the editing options.<\/span><\/li>\n
