What is your role, and what do you do at BSP?<\/h2><\/div>

I am a Developer Analyst and BI Analyst. My role involves designing custom applications and managing projects. I\u2019m part of a team that supports my professional and personal growth, helping me advance in my career and improve my daily approach to work.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

What are you most passionate about in your job?<\/h2><\/div>

What excites me most is the organization\u2019s environment and structure. The atmosphere is dynamic and collaborative, fostering teamwork and support. There are always positive changes, new challenges, and learning opportunities. Trust and respect are at the core of our culture, and I learn a great deal from my colleagues and leaders.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
